All rentals are subject to the pastor’s approval; all activities taking place within the parish facilities, either through rental by non-parish groups or individuals or booked for parish use must be consistent with the teaching of the Catholic Church.
Insurance Mandatory
- If you have insurance, a certificate of coverage is required. If you don’t have insurance, you must apply for insurance from Pearson Dunn Insurance Company using the attached forms.
- Proof of insurance must be given to the office a minimum of one week prior to the event. If proof of insurance is not presented to the office, the event will not be permitted to proceed.
